2. Quotes, Scheduling, and Payment
Quotes are based on the information you provide and may be adjusted if actual site conditions differ. Appointments are scheduled by mutual agreement. Payment is due as stated on your invoice or quote. If you need to reschedule or cancel, please contact us as early as possible so we can accommodate other customers.
3. Customer Responsibilities
You agree to provide safe and reasonable access to the panels to be cleaned, accurate information about your system, and notice of any known hazards, defects, or special conditions. You are responsible for ensuring that any third-party warranties or agreements permit professional cleaning of your equipment.
4. Warranties and Limitation of Liability
We perform our Services with reasonable care and skill using industry-appropriate methods. Except as expressly stated in writing, the Services are provided without other warranties, whether express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Solar Shine Michigan is not liable for pre-existing damage, defects, or wear, or for indirect or consequential losses.
